All security testing engagements require a signed Statement of Work and Engagement Contract establishing written authorisation. You warrant that you have authority to authorise testing of all in-scope systems. TasArmour accepts no liability for unauthorised testing conducted outside agreed scope.
6. Confidentiality
TasArmour treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose findings, client identity, or engagement details to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TasArmour's total liability for any claims arising from our website or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
